It is our number one priority that all experiences and activities take place in a safe environment.
We want to ensure that all guests and clients have an enjoyable and memorable time with Country Pursuits.
It is important to remind all clients that these activities are potentially very dangerous when not done safely.

Alcohol & Drugs Policy

If any individual or party member is under the influence of drugs or alcohol they will not be permitted to attend the activity.

Deposit & Payments

A non-refundable 25% deposit must be paid at the time of booking for all events.

A non-refundable 50% deposit must be paid for all fishing activities. 

Remaining balance to be paid on the day of the activity.

Any unpaid cheques incur a £25 fee.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelations must be made 28 days prior to the day of the activity. Any cancellations within 28 days will be charged at the full price.

All Clients are advised to obtain insurance for the unlikely event that the UK government place a ban on wild fowling. These bans are put in place due to severe weather conditions such as freezing temperatures.

Group parties - If any member of the party is unable to attend an activity the full party price must still be paid as per 28-day policy above.


All game/fish/beasts are wild animals and there is no guarantee that clients will catch/kill. 

Our expertise of the local area give you the best chance at having the best possible day.

Gun Permits & Licences

Any individual using their own gun must be in possession of a valid certificate.

Gun hire is available for all activities and clients will be accompanied by an expert guide with a valid certificate at all times.

All events and shooting will take place on private land.
